We support access of these services to as many possible ways EEA can handle. All these mapservices have metadata and a simple interface. These mapservices are exposed in many other portals such as the INSPIRE portal, ArcGis.com, GEOS and many other. EEA gives anybody the rights to re-link these services into there own web-site or portals.
