Dear Madam and sir, I'm from china, recently we are researching EU website with Rosh and Reach regulations, for instance I have downloaded Rosh regulartion:DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL and its FAQ, so I really want to know do we have database or API to check restriction substances and exemption substances? Or is there any tool we could use to check all restriction and exemption substances?
