Dear EEA Web Team,
I am a heavy user of the Natura 2000 Viewer (link below) and it seems to be offline (see error below, displayed when I access the link)

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The parameter is incorrect. (87)

Could you help me access the viewer?

David Gonzalez

Dear David,
when I click on the link you provided everything is working. Would you mind to try again (maybe the website was just temporarily down)?
If you still can not access the page please let me know what browser you are using (including the version).

Best regards

Dear EEA,

It still does not work from my side, and the error (500) seems server related.
I have used two browsers with the same (error) result:
Google Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m
Internet Explorer Version 8.0.7601.17514

Thanks for your help,

Oh, by the way...on the 500 HTML error, please see below. It is indeed server related.

Dear David,
Sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem. I can access the data viewer with Chrome (version 29.0.1547.66 m), Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 19. I will forward your request to our IT colleagues and get back to you as soon as I get a reply.

My colleague will contact you directly via e-mail.

The first thing you need to know about an "Internal Server Error" is that the error can only be resolved by fixes to the Web server software. It is not a client-side problem meaning that the problem is not with your browser, your computer, or your internet connection. However, there are often ways to quickly get around the problem:

Check the Error Logs
Errors in .htaccess files
Clear your browser cookies and cache
Reload or Refresh the Webpage

Not Yet?

If you've tried to troubleshoot your 500 server error and still can't fix it, then you may need to speak to your web host and see if they are able to find what process or script is causing the error.

Work great for me at least, maybe not topically anymore. But everything works fine.
Perhaps they have already changed the host. I hope it was useful

I had similar problems with my personal site here https://flipboard.com/[…]/top-20-best-hunting-boots-review-2019-jdgpblhby .Sometimes users of my site made similar reviews about the same problem
