Sulfur Emission Abatement Methods by Ships in EU Region/ Where can i find latest position of EU Member States on EGCS/ Scrubber wash water discharges. The last available information was published 18 Jan 2016 vide Ref. Ares (2016) 254855. This information will help merchant ships on innocent passage through territorial waters of the EU member states, comply with state specific legislation over and above the EU Directive 2016/802. It is understood that port/ harbours in various EU member states may opt to exercise stringent measures than the prevailing MARPOL Convention.
I will be very grateful to receive some guidance on above, please.

Respectfully
Gurmeet
