Within the "A.3.b.i-iv Road Transport Appendix 4 Emission Factors 2019" spreadsheet , why for Euro 5 SCR and Euro 6 HGVs do the downhill gradient calculations increase to a peak from the flat and then decrease, whereas for everything pre-Euro 5 there is a steady decrease in emissions downhill?

Also why for some speed, load, gradient combinations do the formula give negative EF's?
