Hello, I was wondering if someone can tell me when the provisional and final 2019 new car CO2 emissions data sets will be released?

Thanks!
Jamie

Dear M. Jamie B.,

Thank you for contacting the European Environment Agency (EEA).

The provisional data for CO2 emissions from passenger cars for 2019 should be published shortly. Please monitor our website in the coming days: https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/co2-cars-emission-17

With kind regards,

Thanks EEA! I'll keep an eye out.

I don't know if this is the right place for it but I've spotted an issue with the data for one manufacturer's cars. The W and At1 values for nearly all Skoda vehicles (for the UK at least in 2018) are wrong e.g. ID 3322503, a Skoda Fabia, has a W value of 1435mm and an At1 value of 2455mm. I think they've been mixed up.

Dear M. Jamie B.,

Thank you for notifying us.

You are indeed correct, it seems that the column has been inverted for Skoda in the UK. These were the data provided by the manufacturers in 2018 and unfortunately, it is not possible for us to correct this at this stage. You may have noticed that the provisional data for 2019 were published online last Friday.

Wit kind regards,
