Hi,

I am trying to determine a breakdown of different % land cover in Northern Ireland, based on the Corrine 2000 dataset? Is it possible to estimate the amount of land that can be considered retail, residential, industrial, rural etc?

Many thanks, Michael

Hi Michael

We have uploaded the Corine Land Cover breakdown for Northern Ireland at:
http://transfer.eea.europa.eu/[…]/448d2e29dceb82ab8948698ba7a5c05c
This file will be available for download for 3 months from today.

In the document, you will find three worksheets, one for each dates of CLC (1990, 2000 and 2006).
Data are not available online yet, but are an update of the land account Data viewer.

Data sources:
- Corine Land Cover 1990 raster version15;
- Corine Land Cover 2000 raster version15;
- Corine Land Cover 2006 raster version15 (all CLC data sets are available from EEA Data Service).
- EuroBoundaryMap version5 from EuroGeographics (http://www.eurogeographics.org/[…]/euroboundarymap)

We hope this is helpful!
