Thank you so much for your explanation.

I need to ask one more question. Could you please recommend some good empirical papers that studied effectiveness of renewable energy policies (taxes, incentives...) for technological implementation, not innovation? I have problems with finding relevant studies that address that issue and suggest necessary research improvements.

I will be really grateful if you can help me.

I asked one of our experts on the topic, and he unfortunately did not have any recommendations for literature on this topic.

It might be useful to contact the European Commission's Directorate-General for Energy and Transport. As they create energy policies on a European level, they might be able to provide you with further information.
