Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you be so kind to let me know, if you still provide the Transport energy consumption (EEA-32) statistcs?
I see some data on this link (an Excel file under "Documents"): http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/term-01-transport-final-energy-1
However, no data has been provided for the time period after 2011.
Could you be so kind to let me know, where I could find the data?
Many thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you very much for your reply! Would you be so kind to suggest where I could find the data for 2013 and 2014. Are you going to published any updates in the future?

PS: do you maybe know, if Eurostat keeps publishing this dataset and if they have more recent data? Thanks again!

Energy data for 2013 is available in Eurostat:

An update of TERM001 will be available within the next month, and will include an 2014 estimation.

Kind regards

Sorry, not within the next month, but during autumn.

Hello! Thank you very much for the clarifications! Just one last question regarding the data to be published in autumn that you have mentioned. Will it be your dataset (http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/term-01-transport-final-energy-1) or the slightly different Eurostat's dataset that you had kindly indicated to me (available here: http://appsso.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/nui/show.do)? My real question is: will the autumn update regard your original dataset with an indicated of energy consumption in transport by these parameters: (Aviation kerosene, Rail electricity, Ship gas and diesel, etc)? I thank you very much once again! Have a nice evening!

Yes, that's the idea. Kind regards.

Hello! How are you? I was wondering, if the data that you were planning to release during autumn 2015 is already available? Many thanks in advance for your reply! Have a nice evening!

Hello, If you search for TERM001, TERM002 and TERM003 on our website you will get to the latest versions of our indicators on transport and emissions/energy consumption. You can also search for transport data under "data". Hope this answers your question.

Hello! Thanks a lot for your reply. Just to sum up the above.

I am trying to find out, if there will be an update of this dataset, which is currently updated till 2012:

In one of the previous messages you said that you would publish an update with the information for later years (e.g. 2013) in autumn 2015.

Could you let me know, please, when approximately this data will be published?
Thank you!

ok - will ask the expert and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello again, Transport emissions of air pollutants are represented in TERM003. It is still expected to be released this year and will be published here: http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/V0JG744JKO.
Kind regards.

Thank you very much for providing the updated figures regarding energy consumption by transport mode, which I have found in Fig. 4: Energy consumption by transport on http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/assessment-5.

You used to provide the data in Terajoules, but the new figures are provided in MILLIONS Terajoules. That means that the rounding makes it impossible to evaluate changes in figures or general trends.

See, for instance, Ship Gasoline. I could see from the data provided by you in previous years that the consumption was 15,475.00 TJ in 2012 and 25,202.00 TJ in 1990. However, in the current table it is simply stated that the consumption has been 0 mln TJ in all the years between 1990 and 2013.

Could you be so kind to provide the data in TJ and not millions? My e-mail is tkrivaltsevi@bloomberg.net

Also, could you please provide a figure for total consumption (for all transport types together)?

Many thanks in advance for your help!
