I am using the Greenhouse Gas data viewer to view emissions from Agriculture.
Is it possible to get a breakdown of 4.A.1.(Agriculture; Enteric Fermentation; Cattle) into dairy and non-dairy?
As I understand the latest IPCC common reporting format guidelines include 4.A.1.a (Diary) and 4.A.1.b (non-Diary)?

sorry for reviving an old thread here, but is there a way to receive this data?
The downloadable dataset (from the link below) also seems to lack this layer of information.
it does not go further than two subcategories. E.g. SC 3.B.2.1.1. (manure from dairy cattle) or enteric fermentation from dairy cattle (SC 3.B.1.1.) are not in there - just (3.B.1. & 3.B.2.1).
Thanks for the help.
Kind regards,
S. Piskol

Under the EU national GHG inventory system, it is the Joint Research Centre (https://ec.europa.eu/jrc/) which is responsible for the agriculture sector.

The National Inventory Report submitted to the UNFCCC in November 2015 contains more information on this and the recent trend, please see chapter 5 ‘Agriculture (CRF Sector 3)’, the paragraphs referring to the IPCC sectors 3.A.1 and 3.A.2. The full report can be found in the following link:
(an updated version is also available via this link).

This report from the European Nitrogen Assessment may also be of interest to you:
This report was compiled by a group supporting the Convention on Long-Range Boundary Air Pollution (UN-ECE CLRTAP) and its Task Force on Reactive Nitrogen. The main models used are CAPRI (JRC) and MITERRA (ALTERRA). The work has been continued with the Joint Research Centre as co-chair.

Kind regards.
