Recently there has been news of a forthcoming ban on certain plant life in Great Britain because they are non-native. Please can I have the full list of now illegal species? And the reasons for why they are being outlawed and the punishment potentially given to anyone who has them?

Thanks for your questions, the EEA produces reports on the state and trends of the environment in Europe. Environmental legislation is beyond the Agency’s working remit. The EEA neither sets nor enforces environmental policies.
