Using the 2010 E-PRTR data for a DG ENV project, we are getting randomised variation by MS in specific pollutants using downloadable data and EPRTR reader data. The reader is showing higher pollutants - any specific issues?

For clarification on your question concerning incidences of randomised variations, could you send an email with the details to ENV-PRTRCOMMUNITY@ec.europa.eu? The European Commission based team at this email address can respond to your question and instigate changes if they are required.
