In Directive 2008/50/EC, Article 32 it's stated, that in 2013 the Commission shall review the provisions related to PM2.5 and shall present the proposal to the European Parlament and the Council.
My question: Which Commission is it ?
Is the proposal existing?

Kind regards, Andreas Will, Cottbus

Dear Andreas Will,

your question is more directed to the European Commission but you can find the information about their review of the EU air policy here: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/air/review_air_policy.htm

For our part, the EEA compiles every year the emission inventory report under the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP), which also contains information on fine particulate matter. The latest report is here: http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/eu-emission-inventory-report-lrtap

We hope this is useful!
