                <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;the emission factors we provide in the emission inventory guidebook are expressed in g/km (or in g/kg fuel for the Tier 1 approach). Therefore, for calculating emissions, emission factors have to be multiplied by the number of vehicles and kilometers driven. If you are focusing on a road only, then you can multiply the number of vehicles/hour *EF * distance from the road, so you can have an estimate of the emissions per average hour. &lt;br /&gt;Best regards</description>
