anyone know how I can get Emission Rate for PM 10 and PM2.5 for incinerator combustion with the fuel is biomass?

Information regarding emission rate for PM10 and PM2.5 regarding incineration could be found in the EMEP/EEA Emission Inventory Guidebook 2016 ([…]/emep-eea-guidebook-2016; section 5 Waste). Currently information on incineration with biomass as fuel are not taken into account.
In section 1A4 Small combustion is possible to find emission rate related to wood or biomass but for small size combustion plant or residential use of biomass.

but my study for large size combustion. the fuel is Empty Fruit Bunch.
can I use the wood combustion EF for EFB combustion in incinerator?

No you can't directly apply the EF for wood combustion for EFB combustion in incinerator because they differ from size and type of combustion and in addition you will have to take into account some abatement technology for the incineration process that in case of some small wood combustion process are less efficient or not foreseen.
Unfortunately, we can't suggest you a direct number to be taken into account in order to perform an evaluation; you would need cross information from multiple side.
