blc On the following web page https://www.eea.europa.eu/themes/water#tab-datamaps
there is a snapshot of a figure of the The European environment and outlook 2020 (figure 4.3 p108) which says that 60% of the water abstracted is returned to the environment.
It is not clear to me what happens to the remaining 40%. I assume that it accounts for water that is 'captured' into products such as plants, fruits or vegetables, etc. However, my understanding is that the water capture in those elements will eventually return to the environment as well, only after a longer period.
Is that correct?

olibats Dear EEA team,

I've been playing around with your Austrian shapefile (
https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/austria-shapefile) a bit and have noticed that the spatial classification on the district level, i.e. 'adm2', does not incorporate some of the more recent district re-classifications; I'm happy to provide more information on these changes if needed.

In any case, I have updated your official shapefile for my own, personal and non-commercial use and was wondering if I could share this work on my own public github page.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Daniel_W For a research project, I need EU's F-gas emissions in terms of tons of substance.
What I found so far:
- F-gas emissions in t of CO2e, but lacking information about the average GWP used to calculate them (e.g. here:
https://www.eea.europa.eu/p[…]eenhouse-gas-inventory-2019)
- Figures about F-gas supply, production etc, which cannot easily be related to emissions (e.g. here: https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/fluorinated-greenhouse-gases-2019)
Can you tell me where I can find EU's F-gas emissions in terms of tons of substance? Alternatively, can I find somewhere the average GWP value used for conversion of F-gas emissions to CO2e (which I could use to back-calculate to tons of substance)?
Thank you and kind regards!
