rmolnav I´ve just stopped watching a very long video about Artic global warming, at following site linked by BBC:
http://www.eea.europa.eu/multimedia
My laptop was getting rather hot ... Too much electricity consumption. Don´t you realize that thousands and thousands of people watching such a long videos, and their service providers, DO also contribute to global warming?
Info is necessary to fight G. W., but it should be conveyed SETTING A GREEN EXAMPLE: text better than video, or at least fewer and much shorter videos.

rkiefl Dear all, I am currently downloading the new version of CORINE land Cover 2006 (v16) (http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/)
There seems to be some kind of restriction or broken link for class 521in the download database...
Thanks and best regards,
Ralph

derbirki Dear Sirs,

i got a question concerning following publication:

http://www.eea.europa.eu/pu[…]shore-wind-energy-potential

There are no exact numbers for the technical potential offshore, there's only a graph, so i'd like to contact one of the authors to get the exact numbers but there are also no names in this publication.

So does anyone know who i could speak to?

Thank you very much in advance!

lbenini Hello everybody, I'am trying to access the URL http://www.eea.europa.eu/da[…]-filled-air-emission-data-3 because I am interested in total national emissions of 13 air pollutants (As, benzo(a), Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, PAH, Pb, PM10, PM2.5, Se, Zn). The page does not seem to work anymore. I tried to access other EEA databases but I can't find information on air emission for the following pollutants: Cr, Cu, Ni, Se, Zn, benzo(a). Could you help me?
