RUhl Unter http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/4-agriculture fehlt leider die aktuelle Exceltabelle. Lässt die sich dort einstellen? Danke, viele Grüße, R. Uhl

GunnarOeh Parsing links to corine data is quite time demanding due to different naming schemes of urls of the zip files.

Hello there, thanks for the upload of the corine shapefiles .
Unforntunately I was missing a websites linking directly to the urls of all the shapefiles.
Instead I had to copy the text from:
http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/folder_listing to script the zip urls from.

But the urls of the zip do not follow the same scheme, instead of that I encountered 4 different naming schemes:

So it took me some time to be able to automatically download all the shapefiles. For future users a consistent naming scheme and an easy way to access these links instead of clicking trough several sites would surely be appreciated.

Greetings,
Gunnar

ylee51 Hi, everyone. I'm comparing land cover data in 2006 with the data in 2012. But I found it indicates different numbers between 2006 and 2012. For example, I checked Albania's 2006 landcover ('Land cover 2006 and changes country analysis') by using excel file (https://www.eea.europa.eu/d[…]d-changes#tab-european-data), its total area is 28,797 (hundred hectare). However, if I take a look at this data by using 'land cover country fact sheets 2012' (https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/land-cover-country-fact-sheets), it shows the different hectares of each land use and total land area in 2006 (total area: 28,948), comparing with the data from 'Land cover 2006 and changes country analysis' . I'm confused which data is correct.

Thanks
