Wrong image in "Hirudo medicinalis" data. The shown photograph presents a species of the genus "Haemopis", which is not the medicinal leech, https://eunis.eea.europa.eu/species/185
In fact there are at least three different species of so-called "medicinal leeches" in Europe.
