Dear M. Jaehyeon Ryu,

Thank you for contacting the European Environment Agency (EEA).

The EEA does not deal with EUTR matters and we recommend you to contact directly DG Environment via the online form available at https://europa.eu/european-union/contact/write-to-us_en.

Other possible interesting contacts may be:
- European Forest Institute: http://euflegt.efi.int/web/guest/home
- Experts sitting on the Expert Group on EUTR and the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (FLEGT) Regulation: http://ec.europa.eu/transpa[…]roupDetail&groupID=3282

As regards the operational aspects of EUTR, you may consult:
- EUTR reports: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/forests/eutr_report.htm
- The overview of Competent Authority EU Timber Regulation checks for the period December 2017 - June 2018 (done by the UN): http://ec.europa.eu/environ[…]ks_Dec17-Jun18_30.1.19.pdf.
- The following webpage contains all news related to EUTR http://ec.europa.eu/[…]/timber_regulation.htm including a section on ‘Implementation and Enforcement’, ‘Legislation’ and Guidance.

We wish you all the best in your research.

With kind regards,
EEA Enquiry Service
