I'm working with the Exhaust emissions from road transport chapter. I've realised that in the table 3.42 (pag. 61) there's no FC for EURO later than Euro 4. What factor should I use to calculate Euro 5 and 6 fuel consumption?

Many thanks!

Can you please write which report you refer to and provide a link as well?

That will make it easier to help you.

Thanks in advance.

The chapter is: http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/emep-eea-guidebook-2016, Part B: sectoral guidance chapters: 1. Energy: 1.A Combustion: 1.A.3.b.i-iv Road transport 2016 [3.2 MB].

And the table 3.42 (TIER3). I want to know the fuel consumption of euro 5 and 6.

Many thanks!!!

Could you have a look on the issue?

You are correct to assume that the fuel consumption factor is the same. This means that CO2 emissions are also the same.

We currently do not have any emission factors for Euro 4 and on 2-wheelers. In COPERT 5 we use the same as Euro 3.
