Hello, I am looking for metadata about the product from discomap server NPP (net primary productivity). I downloaded the data a while ago, and never ever found documentation about the units of the raster values. I always get lost in between webs. Anyone using this dataset? Can you help me? Thank you

In order to answer your enquiry, we would need to know where and when exactly you found that data.
If you do not remember then please send us these data.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry about the delay, but I never found the product again in the server I first accessed it. The old server was: http://bio.discomap.eea.europa.eu/[…]/ImageServer

Unfortunately, the dataset you refer to is not supported any longer. The service was ended a while ago.
Kind regards.

Ok, but as I have been using it in a research project, could I get at least and authors reference or proper citation?

Could you specify what the dataset was about? Which thematic area was it was covering? The colleagues responsible for it has left and we cannot easily find any reference.

I hope you can help me in finding a reference, or metadata records. Maybe if you know who was responsible for it we could email him? Thanks

NPP of what exactly? Sorry to ask again - there is really no one who can recognise it just by "NPP".

I guess vegetation. I never found associated metadata. It definitely covered forest and agriculture regions according to CORINE LAND COVER. Sorry I don't know more details. I could sent screenshots or zip over the map product to you somehow?

Hello again,
Unfortunately, none of the current colleagues have any knowledge about the dataset in question. It was produced by a staff member who left many years back.
