Environmental Info on Waste Collection & Recycling Services in Ireland

I'm trying to compile an easy-to-read table that will enable householders to evaluate waste companies' environmental standards. I am in Dublin, so this post mainly concerns the domestic waste services there.

Can you tell me:
1. Does such a table already exist?
If not:

2. Can you recommend criteria to use in the table?
Eg:
a. Percentage of collected waste that ends in recycling vs incineration vs landfill
b. Carbon/water footprint of services per tonne of waste processed
c. Emissions per tonne of waste processed
d. Route that exported recycling takes and end destination

3. Can you recommend any information resources that would give me each Dublin waste company's stats for each of the criteria? Or is it a case of contacting the waste companies themselves, and trusting that the information they supply is accurate?

Thank you very much in advance for your help!
