Dear Sir/ Madam,
According EU directive 2016/2284, article 9.1 the samples of the measurements need to be representative for the environment. And according article 10.3.a the data needs to be checked, by the commission assisted by the EEA, for e.a the comparability of the information.
Is there a report available of this review for the Netherlands?

Dear M. H. Glashouwer,

Thank you for contacting the European Environment Agency (EEA).

You may find the main information on the National Emission Ceilings Directive (NEC Directive) and reporting requirements by Member States at the following link: https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/national-emission-ceilings

The EEA briefing on the NEC Directive reporting status 2019 was released in July 2019 and can be accessed at: https://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/nec-directive-reporting-status-2019 . It contains country specific data.

You may also be interested in consulting the data viewer on air pollution policies and measures reported by Member States at https://www.eea.europa.eu/d[…]iant-air-pollution-policies as well as all information available for the Netherlands on a wide variety of environmental topics at https://www.eea.europa.eu/countries-and-regions/netherlands .

We do hope that this may be useful for you.

With kind regards,
EEA Enquiry Service
