Dear Sir/ Madam,
According EU directive 2016/2284, article 9.1 the samples of the measurements need to be representative for the environment. And according article 10.3.a the data needs to be checked, by the commission assisted by the EEA, for e.a the comparability of the information.
Is there a report available of this review for the Netherlands?

So which report is actually the review described in article 10.3.a of EU directive 2016/2284?
According to Art. 10(3)(a) of the Directive, the Directorate General for the Environment of the European Commission (DG ENV), supported by the EEA, is performing an in-depth review process of emission inventories reported by Member States since 2017.
