pcav Just seen http://natura2000.eea.europa.eu
Quite disappointing: obsolete technology, low usability. Apparently all proprietary software.
Please consider moving to a more efficient free and open source structure.
All the best.

GunnarOeh Parsing links to corine data is quite time demanding due to different naming schemes of urls of the zip files.

Hello there, thanks for the upload of the corine shapefiles .
Unforntunately I was missing a websites linking directly to the urls of all the shapefiles.
Instead I had to copy the text from:
http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/folder_listing to script the zip urls from.

But the urls of the zip do not follow the same scheme, instead of that I encountered 4 different naming schemes:

So it took me some time to be able to automatically download all the shapefiles. For future users a consistent naming scheme and an easy way to access these links instead of clicking trough several sites would surely be appreciated.

Greetings,
Gunnar
