We are using EPRTR data for a DG ENV project and have seen some variation in the data from the v4.2 download and the reader (the reader is often, but not always) shoing higher reported pollutants - some MS are same. Could there be a data issue here?

Thank you for your question and interest in the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) reader available at http://prtr.ec.europa.eu.

For clarification on your question concerning the data variations, could you send an email with the details to ENV-PRTRCOMMUNITY@ec.europa.eu? The European Commission based team at this email address can respond to your question and instigate changes if they are required.
