Hi, in the Waterbase UWWT layer (http://www.eea.europa.eu/da[…]water-treatment-directive-3) there is mention of UWWT plants and 'IAS'. Could you please tell me what IAS stands for?

Hi HesterLyons, IAS means invasive alien species.

Hi, no in this context it doesn't. A colleague or mine found a UWWT document which explains it meaning 'individual or appropriate systems'. But thank you for trying :).
