Pharmacist-Engineer student looking for contacts - Drug residues impacts on health and environment.

As a pharmacist and engineer student, I am looking for contact in order to work on the study of impacts of drug residues on health and environment.
I also have a MSC in Toxicology-Health-Environment which combined with my dual studies allows me to handle these kind of issues from different points of views.

Dear vcoltier,

This topic is indeed one the EEA working areas.
We published a report 2010 (EEA Technical Report 1/2010) Pharmaceuticals in the Environment (http://www.eea.europa.eu/pu[…]t-result-of-an-eea-workshop). In 2011 we published Hazardous Substances in Europe’s fresh and marine waters (EEA Technical Report 8/2011 http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/hazardous-substances-in-europes-fresh). The EEA Technical Report 2/2012 The Impacts of endocrine disrupters (http://www.eea.europa.eu/[…]/the-impacts-of-endocrine-disrupters) is also related to this topic.

Our expert is currently preparing an EEA Technical Report on Emerging Contaminants, including pharmaceuticals, in Europe’s waters on basis of 3 workshops which we have organized the last 3 years.
