Hello,
I hope you might be able to help me as I am trying to find carbon coefficients for producing grid electricity in European countries. Would also be interested in non-European countries but accept beyond EEA remit but would be very grateful of any hints. I have tried searching the internet but does not seem to be data that is easy to find.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) publishes CO2 emissions per Kwh of electricity generated by fuel for all countries. Please see pages 111-122 from the following link http://www.iea.org/co2highlights/co2highlights.pdf
