Where can I get EEA reports?

Since 2010, all EEA publications - including hard copies - are free of charge.
All EEA reports can be downloaded through the EEA’s website. A list of the reports is available in chronological order or divided by topic (http://www.eea.europa.eu/publications).
Hard copies of all EEA reports can be ordered from the EU Bookshop (http://bookshop.europa.eu/[…]/EU-Bookshop-Site). Please note that hard copies of EEA reports published before 2010 are charged when ordered via the EU bookshop.
EEA technical reports are only available online and no hard copies of these reports are published.

EEA press releases are found on the EEA Press Room site (http://www.eea.europa.eu/pressroom).

why i can't find some report, like the :
Carl Bro Associates, 1997. Scoping study on the need for environmental reporting
guidelines. Report to the European Environment Agency.

The report "Environment in the European Union- 1995: Report for
review of the fifth environmental action programme" is actually still available for download on the EEA website in PDF format

as Kobosil mentioned it is quite old "state of environment report", even though some information may still be relevant I would suggest our recent SOER report at
http://www.eea.europa.eu/soer/synthesis/


Regarding the first report "Carl Bro Associates, 1997. Scoping study on the need for environmental reporting guidelines"
please have a look at the following one :

Hi Mina, I was checking on the two reports you mentioned. Unfortunately they were not produced nor published by EEA. The second one was published by the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities. You can find more detailed information at:

As it is quite old, it might not be available any longer.
