Hello,
I am working on assessing EU CO2 emissions by sub-sector i.e. chemicals, steel and iron, cement, etc. I have used CO2 emission volumes published here http://www.eea.europa.eu/da[…]gas-monitoring-mechanism-12
Do you publish CO2 emission intensity by sub-sector anywhere? Or production volumes which I can use to derive CO2 emission intensities by sub-sector?

GHG inventories are not designed for estimating real intensities, such as CO2 per tonne of steel produced.
I could suggest Eurostat’s air emission accounts:
