NUTS3: some discrepancies in codes

Good Morning! I am using the dataset in the attachment that EEA sent me a couple of years ago. It is about CLC2000 and 2006 crossed with NUTS3. However, some NUTS3 codes (e.g. Milan, Italy) differ from the ones used in the "NUTS_2010" file I downloaded from the EEA website (http://ec.europa.eu/eurosta[…]S_33&StrLanguageCode=EN). I'd need a table which would link and list the different NUTS3 codes used in the file I have and the current NUTS3 classification. Thank you very much, sofia p.
